YOOcourse is operated by N. Luiten, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. YOOcourse provides online education, temporary WordPress sandbox environments and YOOtheme Page Design services to customers worldwide.

YOOcourse provides online training content related to YOOtheme and WordPress, temporary sandbox environments for practice and learning, and YOOtheme Page Design services for individual pages.

Access to course content is granted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Sandbox environments are provided for a fixed period selected by the customer at checkout, being either 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

Sandbox environments are strictly intended for training and experimentation. They are not suitable for live websites, commercial use, client projects or production environments. Custom domains, email and production hosting are not supported.

YOOcourse offers YOOtheme Page Design services to help customers with the design and optimization of individual pages using YOOtheme Pro. Customers may provide layout exports, design instructions and content, which are implemented by YOOcourse in a sandbox or development environment.

These services are provided on a best effort basis. YOOcourse does not guarantee that the resulting designs will meet specific business, technical or conversion requirements. The customer remains fully responsible for reviewing, testing and deploying the final design on their own live website.

YOOcourse is not responsible for any issues, data loss or downtime that may occur after a customer imports or applies the delivered page designs.

After payment, customers receive immediate access to the purchased course and, if applicable, a sandbox environment. The customer is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

All sales are final. Because customers receive immediate full access to digital content and sandbox environments, no refunds, cancellations or chargebacks are offered once access has been granted.

Sandbox environments are automatically deleted when their selected term expires. All data stored in the sandbox will be permanently removed. Customers are solely responsible for exporting any content they wish to keep before expiration. YOOcourse is not responsible for any data loss.

YOOcourse provides best effort support only. This means reasonable assistance will be provided, but no guarantees are made regarding response times, uptime, bug fixes or feature availability. YOOcourse does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation of the course platform, sandbox environments or page design services.

YOOcourse is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, design errors, technical failures or downtime of sandbox environments, course platforms, page designs or third party services. All services are used entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Sandbox environments and page designs may include WordPress, YOOtheme and other third party plugins and themes. These products are licensed by their respective owners. YOOcourse does not provide licenses for these products unless explicitly stated. Customers are responsible for complying with the license terms of all third party software they use.

Customers receive a limited, non transferable right to access the course content, sandbox environments and delivered page designs for their own personal or business use. Redistribution, reselling or sharing of course materials, sandboxes or design deliverables is not permitted.

YOOcourse may modify, update or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including course content, sandbox configurations, plugins or page design methods, without liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
