No, you do not need your own domain. Your sandbox website is delivered on a subdomain of yoosandbox.com.
Yes, we can set this up for you. Send us an email with your desired (sub)domain. You will need to register the domain yourself. We will then provide instructions on how to connect your own (sub)domain to your sandbox.
No, hosting is included for the duration you choose.
YOOtheme is pre-installed in your sandbox. A YOOtheme API key is required to install updates. For Temporary Sandboxes, the YOOtheme API key is not included. For Subscription Based Sandboxes, you can either use your own API key or choose to obtain one from YOOcourse for the duration of your plan.
After the selected term (One week or One month), your sandbox website will be automatically removed. Subscription Based Sandboxes keeps your sandbox active on an ongoing basis. If you choose the One week or One month option and do not upgrade to a subscription, your sandbox will expire and become unavailable after the selected period.
After your order, we send the website URL and login credentials to the email address you entered during checkout.
No, we only offer WordPress sandboxes.
Yes, you can upgrade a Temporary Sandbox to a Subscription Based Sandbox. This keeps your sandbox active without interruption for as long as your subscription is active. To make this change, please contact us.
